Math Fun

The students have been working in their math journals.  Today they made up number sentences using pictures of Lego people and vehicles.  It was fun!

Me Bags

The students had fun sharing their "Me Bags" with their classmates.  It has been fun getting to know each other!

Read to Self

We have begun practicing Daily 5 in our classroom.  The Daily 5 is a series of Language Arts centers that your child will participate in each week, while I work with guided reading small groups.  We have been practicing hard during Read to Self time!  I am so proud of all of my students!

The First Day of School

Today was the first day of school. We had a great time! I enjoyed getting to know the students. I am looking forward to a great year! Below are some pictures of our fun today!
